Damp, mould and condensation

Brief
With damp, mould and condensation being a real issue for thousands of people living in the United Kingdom, a client approached Dynamic to create an engaging elearning module to support their front line colleagues in identifying damp, mould and condensation, understand the risks posed, support their customers and report the issue in customers’ homes.
In order to ensure the learner was equipped on how to spot the signs and the possible implications of living with it, we created a fully bespoke HTML learning package with engaging interactions, motion graphics and 360° panoramas.
After the design team took the panorama images inside of the chosen property, my first job was to add damp and mould to the walls and ceilings, and condensation to the windows on Adobe Photoshop. I used a variety of brushes to do this, and masked the windows adding a condensation texture overlay to them.
My next job was to build all of the bespoke HTML pages within the module. This included:
- Landing page
- Welcome page
- Instructions page
- Menu page
- External signs
- Supporting our customers
- Summary page
I also built all of the hotspot pop ups that are within the 360° panorama interactions. All pages and pop ups are responsive to all screen sizes.
This piece of work great example of how the team and I could put together an informative and engaging module by placing the learner in a real life situation. The client was very pleased with the project stating:
“Amazing is an understatement!”
